Had a wonderful experience Customer service was amazing. Dropped my car the night before they gave me a complete details. How to drop it off once they got in the office they emailed me told me they had my car safely and was about to start working on it. My wheels look amazing
This place is absolutely fabulous. I have one bent rim and a cracked rim as well and they got me back on road within a couple days.. Highly recommend
I wasn’t sure if you could get a wheel repaired especially since my rim is silver and black. So I first looked up the price for a new wheel after I damaged my rim on a curb. That was expensive. I just happened to look up wheel / rim repair and ran across 360 express wheel repair. I’m so glad I did. Holly was so nice and descriptive. I dropped my car off overnight and Brad and Holly happened to be there and took me on in and checked me in. They both are so nice and professional. They knew I would be leaving to go out of town the next day around 2. I received a text around 9:30 am and my car was ready to be picked up. So fast! You can’t tell anything ever happened. I can’t even tell what parts had the rash and where the paint was scrapped off. It looks brand new! I would recommend 360 to anyone. Thanks again guys!!!

I recently took my aging Audi SQ5 to 360 Express Wheel Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They did an incredible job with new powder coating for my wheels, transforming them and making my car look brand new. Plus, they installed new pumps (tires) that have my SQ5 feeling fantastic on the road again.

To say I am impressed with this company is an understatement. I had just gotten a new car and after a week, had curbed my rims. I did this on a Tuesday at 5:15PM. I googled a rim repair shop and found 360 Express Wheel Repair. I followed the instructions to get a quote and within minutes I had a quote that I was pleased with. I called immediately to set up an appointment - and there was availability the next day. Dropped off on Wednesday, and picked up fixed on Thursday. Seriously - I did the damage on Tuesday and had my vehicle back on Thursday of the same week. Service is fantastic and the work is superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Excellent experience!! Had a curb rash issue with 2 wheels. Brad and his staff were very professional and easy to work with. They were accommodating and flexible. Super fast turnaround time. I dropped wheels off Tuesday evening and they were ready Wednesday. I am very particular with my vehicles and was a little apprehensive at first but decided to give them a try. Their repair work exceeded my expectations. Looking at wheels now prior damage is undetectable. If you need wheel repair “360 Express Wheel Repair” is the go to company in Lexington, Frankfort area and all of central Kentucky as well as Louisville area. Thanks again for the great repair work!
360 Express fixed a decent amount of road rash on my rims and they look fantastic! You cant even tell the road rash existed. The staff was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend!
My experience with 360 was outstanding! I brought my Camaro to them as I recently curbed my wheel. The team there was extremely professional in providing both assessments and solutions to my problem from color matching to possibly getting a new wheel.The turn around time was very quick too. After the initial estimate we set a date and my vehicle was in and out the shop in roughly 30 mins. If you run in to any wheel issues this is THE shop to go to!
Unbelievable experience. I was in and out in a day with no appointment. This could easily be the most painless experience I’ve ever had related to my car. I could not recommend more. Phenomenal job!

Very friendly and accommodating. Needed my car back before July 4 weekend. They altered their schedule a little to make sure I got it in time. As far as the quality of the work; seems to be good. A little more expensive than I had anticipated. Saved about $ 100-125 versus a new wheel. Would use again
I drove an hour to have a cracked and bent 22" wheel repaired and it was completely worth it. Very professional and friendly staff with a clean and very professional facility. I will return for any future repairs and will 100% recommend to others. Plus my kids loved the shop dog.
You really can’t go wrong with 360! They fixed a bent wheel on my VW, and it drove like brand new afterward. They’re honest, reliable, and truly trustworthy - I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
